Behind the Scenes
the SooN COOKING origin story
Dear SooN COOKS of the internet,
About three days into my bartending career at San Carlos Restaurant, I learned a very important lesson: the only difference between a strawberry margarita, strawberry daiquiri is the base liquor. The proportions and steps are the same.
This blew my 21-year-old mind.
The best part? Since I was working in a Mexican restaurant, I made A LOT of margaritas, daiquiris and lemon drops. Repetition led me to this SooN discovery which I have now shared with you. Each one is tasty and refreshing so after you have mastered the trade I imagine the hardest part would be picking your favorite.
I’m excited to learn which one you like the most!!!
Enjoy,
